3. STEPS TO SERVICE VENOUS PLUMBING LEAK:
a. Use 2 mm allen key or hex driver to remove top panel screws, Figure 1, total 14 screws.

b. Steps to remove the 2 ¼” panel-mount Quick disconnect fittings:
Remove the Cardioplegia fitting first then the Vent fitting, Figure 2.

i. Access the quick connectors from inside the CPM, pinch the wire clamp and wiggle it out with locking pliers, Figure 3.

ii. Remove the tubing using tubing clamp.
iii. Unscrew the hex nut and remove the Quick disconnect fitting, Figure 4.

c. Remove the Over Flow fitting by unscrewing the 2 mm hex screws then push the connector in.

d. Remove the ½” Venous Quick disconnect fitting:
i. Use a 1” open wrench to loosen the grey plastic hex nut securing the venous quick disconnect fitting

ii. To remove the 1/2” venous quick disconnect fitting you need the groove joint pliers and adjustable pliers.
